CHANGE PROGRAMME AND 100-DAY PLAN

FVL (Finished Vehicle Logistics) is a niche, oligopolistic market in which demand is in decline (the automotive sector has been stagnant since 2008). Faced with the potential end to an exclusive contract with its main client, a major haulier commissioned Mawenzi Partners to plan for this possibility. We helped them by defining and coordinating a European change plan aimed at i) securing certain assets (compounds and fleets), ii) acquiring expertise as a competitive haulier, iii) accelerating business development, iv) improving relations with the main client (negotiation on price, communication regarding its special status, etc.).

POST MERGER
INTEGRATION

An executive committee called on Mawenzi Partners' transport sector expertise to organize the acquisition of an OEM's European logistics business (worth €1 billion) and optimize its performance.
