As a consulting firm offering high added value, we are looking for motivated, analytical, rigorous and committed consultants to give meaning to our joint venture and add value to our dealings with clients. In particular, we are looking for future consultants who are passionate entrepreneurs, want to progress quickly and share our values (social responsibility, search for meaning, enthusiasm, rigour and pragmatism) and who are exceptionally service-oriented.

With ambitious growth targets, we recruit throughout the year and are looking for: • Junior/senior consultants/managers with between 3 and 10 years' professional experience in major consulting firms or with operational experience of strategy/marketing/change. • Young graduates of prestigious French and international universities (Business: HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon, etc. Engineering: X, Mines, Centrale, École des Ponts ParisTech, Supélec, Télecom ParisTech, Arts et Métiers ParisTech, etc. MBA: INSEAD, LBS) with an interest in consultancy and entrepreneurship.

The successful applicant for this permanent analyst position will join the Mawenzi team as a consultant. Depending on the assignment, the applicant will deal directly with our clients under the supervision of a manager and/or partner; and work in the office on issues relating to market research, feasibility calculations, etc.
The applicant may also be involved in internal company development (development of consultant tools, internal development, HR, etc.).


Our clients are CAC 40 groups and very large SMEs.
