The business model of Paylead is composed of 2 sides:
- Paylead offers a turnkey loyalty program to banks to allow them to offer a high-value service to their customers with low costs.
- Paylead uses the transactional data of customers using and having approved the loyalty program to know them better and to target them in a better way for distribution companies as partners.
The main challenge for Paylead is to developed its opt-in base to get access to the maximum of transactional data to be the main european leader on the market of the exploitation of the bank data.
